Are you available On-Call to provide over the phone or in person Legal Advice and respond to Urgent Bail Applications, Including (Weekend Bails)

Our Service to Clients operate like no other we are aware of when it comes to the Solicitor/Barrister engagement.

We (The Consultant) select the Solicitor / Barrister for our Client, once they accept our selection, we are, in most cases, the ‘Intermediate’ to the Solicitor & Client. We have found over the years that this works well in all aspects and provides better communication and understanding for all concerned.

We apply a strict process for selection, which includes, and is not limited to:

You must be an Unrestricted Practitioner, Registered to practice in New South Wales.
Experience in Criminal & Traffic Law, and able to travel.
Wins & Losses ‘stats’ in the last 3 years.
Ability to operate On-Call to service our Clients at short notice, including Weekend Bail Applications.
Our attendance to view 3 Court actions with you (Mention – Hearing & Bail Application ‘In Court’).
